Signal integrity refers to the quality of the signal in the circuit system, which is complete if the signal can be transmitted from the source to the receiver without distortion within the required time. As the system clock frequency increases, signal integrity testing becomes more and more important. This article introduces the basic method and principle analysis of high-speed circuit signal integrity waveform testing in the electronic product manufacturing process.
