以自动变速器的行星齿轮机构外形尺寸和传动效率为优化目标,按自动变速器的实际工作要求,用杠杆法建立目标优化的数学模型和约束方程。为验证优化计算可行性,以国产某型号的自动变速器结构计算为例,用外点惩罚函数法将不等式的约束函数转化为非约束惩罚函数。基于VB系统软件编写优化计算的程序,获得满意优化结果。
In order to optimize the size and transmission efficiency of the planetary gear mechanism of automatic transmission, according to the actual working requirements of automatic transmission, the mathematical model and the constraint equations of the target optimization are established by the lever method. In order to verify the feasibility of optimization calculation, taking a model of automatic transmission structure calculation made in China as an example, the constraint function of inequality is transformed into an unconstrained penalty function by the penalty function of external point method. Based on the VB system software to write the program of optimization calculation, obtain satisfactory results.
