近年来,有文献报道在SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)中,用微波处理能大大缩短染脱色时间,用Na Cl溶液作为脱色液能提高实验灵敏度等。拟对6种采用考马斯亮蓝R-250染色的SDS-PAGE染脱色改良方案进行比较综述,为寻找一种低毒、经济、节时、高效的快速染脱色方案提供参考。
In recent years, it has been reported in the literature SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), using microwave treatment can greatly reduce the staining time, using Na Cl solution as a decolorization solution can improve the experimental sensitivity. Six kinds of SDS-PAGE staining improvement schemes using Coomassie Brilliant Blue R-250 were proposed to be reviewed in order to provide a reference for the rapid decolorization scheme with low toxic, economical, time-saving and efficient.
