学习杨式太极拳传统套路过程中.添加反式练习法.有益于提高拳艺水平。经过多年反复实践.我体会到这种练法至少带来两点好处。一是正反左右两侧对称习练,可以使全身各部位均衡发展。二是体现在太极推手当中.左右进退转换、上下协调得力.有利于走粘的基本技法实现.沾粘连随,更好地顺应来力.随曲就伸.少出背势.多增顺势。学习反式(或称锻炼左右架).不必向人求教指导.靠自己一招一式实践即可。例如.
