本文简单介绍了我公司加工中小型机组顶盖、底环导叶轴孔时保证导叶轴孔位置度的传统方法。由于该方法不适合用于巨型机组顶盖、底环导叶轴孔的加工和质量保证,笔者根据三峡顶盖、底环的结构特点提出了巨型机组顶盖、底环导叶轴孔加工时位置度的保证和检测的新方法,并将该方法在实际生产中进行了验证,取得了很好的效果。
This article gives a brief introduction to the traditional method of ensuring the position of the guide vane shaft hole when machining the top and bottom guide vane shaft holes of small and medium-sized units in our company. Because this method is not suitable for the processing and quality assurance of gigantic unit roof, bottom ring guide vane shaft hole, the author proposed the top and bottom ring guide vane shaft hole processing according to the structural features of the top and bottom rings of the Three Gorges Project Location degree of assurance and testing of new methods, and the method in the actual production has been verified, and achieved good results.
