刘寄奴为常用中药。临床应用的品种较多,如玄参科植物阴行草,习称北刘寄奴;菊科植物奇蒿,称南刘寄奴;菊科植物狭叶艾等。文献记载,刘寄奴主治黄疸型肝炎,胆囊炎,小便不利,尿血便血,产后淤血腹痛,经闭;外伤出血,烧烫伤等。我院传染科等单位报导,刘寄奴浓缩煎剂治疗急性黄疸型肝炎,对改善症状,消除黄疸,降低血清谷丙转氨酶(SGPT)等方面皆有良好疗效。本文研究了刘寄奴对棉酚、四氯化碳等引起的大白鼠高血清谷丙转氨酶,及对狗、大白鼠胆汁排泌的影响。 Liu sent slaves for commonly used Chinese medicine. There are many kinds of clinical applications, such as the Scrophulariaceae plant, which is commonly known as Northern Liu Shouwu; the asteraceae Artemisia halodendron, known as the South Liu Shouwu; and the Asteraceae plant Ayurveda. The literature records that Liu Shuangruo attends jaundice hepatitis, cholecystitis, urination, hematuria, postpartum hemorrhage, abdominal pain, traumatic bleeding, burns and so on. The Department of Infectious Diseases and other units in our hospital reported that Liu Jiluo Concentrate Decoction has good curative effects on acute jaundice hepatitis, improving symptoms, eliminating jaundice, and lowering serum glutamate transaminase (SGPT). This study investigated the effects of Liu Shuangruo on serum alanine aminotransferase caused by gossypol and carbon tetrachloride in rats, and the effect on bile excretion in dogs and rats.
