中小学校开展军事训练是推进中小学生素质教育和落实中小学校国防教育的一种有效形式。目前,我国绝大部分高等院校和职业高中的学生军训工作已基本走上正轨,也有了统一的军事训练教材。但是,占全国学生人数总量比例最大的中小学生的军训工作才刚刚起步,也缺少必备的军训教材。鉴于这种情况,本刊编辑部根据国家教委和解放军三总部的有关文件规定,在广泛调查和反复论证的基础上,将陆续编写一套《中小学生军训知识讲座》材料。根据我国中小学校教学和中小学生学习的实际情况,这套讲座材料以增强实用性、知识性和可操作性为基本编写原则,共分十二讲,内容涵盖队列动作、吃苦训练、三防知识、一日生活制度、军兵种知识等。为了进一步增强“讲座”对各地中小学校开展军训工作的指导性,编辑部热忱欢迎负责学生军训工作的有关军事机关、各级人武学校、少年军校等单位的专家和学者,将当地学生军训工作的经验提供给我们,或把使用这套讲座材料开展学生军训工作的有关信息反馈给我们,以便我们及时修订有关材料,把这一讲座办得更好。
