我场党委根据国务院《会计人员职权条例》要求,设置了总会计师,并根据工作需要配备了会计业务人员,设立了总会计师室,协助总会计师处理日常工作,对推动工作开展,加强财务管理起了一定作用。1981年根据财政部《国营工交企业经济核算试行办法》的要求,结合我场实际情况,在我场《总会计师职权试行条例》基础上,逐步建立了总会计师責任制。总会计师的职责是:
