潍坊电厂一期工程施工中,为了满足土建构件和锅炉设备吊装,DBQ3000塔吊在完成主厂房土建预制件吊装任务后,需要从汽机房侧迁移至锅炉后侧,以确保锅炉电除尘设备的吊装,塔吊总重为490t,迁移垂直距离为90m。塔吊平移提出方案有三: 1、解体后再次安装方案; 2、整机或部分引拖方案; 3、整机偏转90度行走方案。
In the construction of the first phase of Weifang Power Plant, in order to meet the requirements for civil engineering components and boiler equipment hoisting, the DBQ3000 tower crane needs to be moved from the side of the turbine house to the rear side of the boiler after completing the task of hoisting the civil works prefabricated parts of the main building to ensure the installation of the boiler’s electrostatic precipitator. The total weight of the tower crane is 490t, and the vertical distance of migration is 90m. There are three proposed solutions for the translation of the tower crane: 1. Reinstall the solution after the disintegration; 2. The overall or partial introduction of the towing plan; 3. The entire machine has a 90-degree walking deflection program.
