用石灰粉煤灰稳定粒料和土做高速公路的基层与底基层,在我国使用越来越多。笔者结合济南绕城高速公路东线工程八合同段的经验教训,系统阐述二灰土的配合比设计中应注意的几个关键问题。在进行配合比设计前,必须对原材料进行检测,以满足设计要求。——石灰石灰中氧化钙和氧化镁的含量对二灰类材料的强度有明显影响,用于二灰土的石灰应符合Ⅲ级消石灰或Ⅲ级生石灰技术标准。有效钙含量在20%以上的等外石灰,通过试验,只要混合料的强度符合规范要求,也可以使用。值得注意的是,生石灰必须在使用前7天进行充分消解,否则,未充分消解的生石灰在成型的二灰土中容
