应用光亮连续退火模拟实验机,在300℃过时效的工艺条件下,通过连续退火实验研究了临界区加热温度对600 MPa级冷轧连续退火双相钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,临界区加热温度越高,第二相组织(贝氏体和岛状马氏体)数量越多,贝氏体组织越粗大,岛状马氏体数量越少;临界加热温度越高,试验钢的强度越高,伸长率越低,屈强比越高;在所设定工艺下,临界区加热温度为780℃时,试验钢的综合力学性能最优。
The effect of critical heating temperature on the microstructure and properties of 600 MPa cold-rolled continuous annealed dual-phase steel was studied by continuous annealing experiment at 300 ℃ under the aging condition. The results show that the higher the heating temperature in the critical zone, the larger the number of second phase (bainite and island martensite), the thicker the bainite structure, the smaller the number of island martensite; the higher the critical heating temperature , The higher the strength of the test steel, the lower the elongation, the higher the yield ratio; under the set process, when the heating temperature of the critical zone is 780 ℃, the comprehensive mechanical properties of the test steel is the best.
