目的:建立熟肉制品中红2G的超高效液相色谱二极管阵列检测法。方法:样品经除蛋白,用乙醇—氨水提取色素,聚酰胺吸附法净化,以乙腈和0.02 mol/L乙酸铵为流动相梯度洗脱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测。结果:红2G浓度在0.50~20.0μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9995,检出限0.10 mg/kg,对标准溶液连续测定的相对标准偏差为0.72%~1.5%(n=8)。方法的平均回收率为78.0%~88.3%,相对标准偏差为2.8%~7.6%。结论:方法的灵敏度高,精密度好,适于熟肉制品中红2G的检测,结果准确可靠。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a ultra-performance liquid chromatography diode array detection system for red bean 2G in cooked meat products. Methods: The samples were deproteinized, extracted with ethanol - aqueous ammonia and purified by polyamide adsorption. The mobile phases were eluted with acetonitrile and 0.02 mol / L ammonium acetate as the mobile phase gradient and detected by diode array detector. Results: The correlation coefficient was 0.9995. The detection limit was 0.10 mg / kg. The relative standard deviation of continuous determination of standard solution was 0.72% ~ 1.5% (n = 8). The average recoveries of the method ranged from 78.0% to 88.3% with relative standard deviations from 2.8% to 7.6%. Conclusion: The method has high sensitivity and good precision, which is suitable for the detection of red 2G in cooked meat products. The result is accurate and reliable.
