物源分析对含油气盆地的相对位置和演化过程具有重要意义,甚至对沉积体系分布及成岩作用都起到决定性作用。物源分析涉及主要的地质分支学科,如地球化学、沉积学、岩石学和矿物学等。随着地质科学分析方法的推进和日趋成熟,物源分析方法也已日渐完善。目前其主要分为沉积学和地球化学两类研究方法.相对于发展较为成熟的沉积学方法,地球化学方法在近年的研究中有重大发展。研究认为,通过地球化学手段之间的交叉应用,并与沉积学方法相结合,确定各向物源区供给物源的时间顺序,半定量、定量研究各向物源的供给量,将成为今后研究的突破口。
The analysis of provenance is of great significance to the relative position and evolution of petroliferous basins, and even plays a decisive role in the distribution of sedimentary systems and diagenesis. Source analysis involves major geological sub-disciplines, such as geochemistry, sedimentology, petrology and mineralogy. With the advancing and maturing of geological science analysis methods, the method of provenance analysis has been gradually improved.
