近些年来,在企业管理与营销工作中,“执行”这个词越来越多地被提及。其实化妆品行业内不缺少实用而有效的策划方案。为什么很多都不成功,关键在于执行力不够,往往做到一半甚至刚开了一个头,就发现做得一塌糊涂。执行不到位,执行有偏差就是很多策划方案最终失败的症结。而对于由咨询公司所做的策划方案,企业拿到手里首先或多或少都会打一些折扣。那也就意味着,“执行”的难度将会更大。那么如何才能与咨询公司一起,将一个好的方案完美地执行下去呢?
