一、高新技术创业服务中心及其几点讨论高新技术创业服务中心(以下简称创业中心),是建立和扶持科技型企业的一种新型机构,其特点是把新产品和生产这一产品的新企业同时推向社会。统计表明,创业中心使美国小企业创业后二年内的成功率由20%提高到80%,因此,创业中心是一种先进的、强有力的新型经济工具。这种70年代末期出现于欧美发达国家的创业中心,是否能在我国得以借鉴并产生、发展呢?回答是肯定的。
