目的:探讨跟窝塌陷畸形的重建手术方法和临床效果。方法:对42例无眼球或眼球萎缩伴眼窝塌陷畸形的患者,行高密度多孔聚乙烯(MEDPOR)义眼座植入联合穹隆成形术。结果:所有患者眼窝畸形均得以矫正,随访6个月～3年,义眼座在眼眶内无脱出、移位或合并感染,装入仿真义眼片后,双眼对称,义眼活动度可达10—20度。结论:MEDPOR义眼座植入联合穹隆成形术矫治复杂性眼窝畸形在总体上取得了良好的效果。MEDPOR义眼座具有良好的组织相容性,是矫正眼窝塌陷畸形的理想材料。
Objective: To investigate the reconstruction operation method and clinical effect of cadaver collapses deformity. Methods: Forty-two patients with or without atrophy of the eyeball or collapse of the eyeball were treated with MEDPOR implant combined with vaultoplasty. Results: All patients were corrected orbital deformity, follow-up of 6 months to 3 years, the prosthesis in the orbit without prolapse, displacement or infection, the simulation of eustachment, the eyes symmetrical, the rectus up to 10-20 degrees. Conclusion: MEDPOR combined with vaultoplasty for the treatment of complex orbital deformity has achieved good overall results. MEDPOR prosthesis with good histocompatibility, is ideal for correction of collapsed orbital deformity.
