高职院校师资管理模式决定着高职教师的工作方式、工作效率和工作效果,提升高职院校核心竞争力的关键在师资,师资素质的提升靠管理。文章通过对高职师资管理架构的分析,认为提出了提升高职核心竞争力的核心资源是教师的能力和素养。
The mode of teacher management in higher vocational colleges determines the working methods, work efficiency and work effect of higher vocational teachers. The key to improve the core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges is to improve the quality of teachers and teachers. By analyzing the teacher management structure of higher vocational colleges, the article thinks that it is the ability and accomplishment of teachers to put forward the core resource of enhancing the core competitiveness of higher vocational education.
