沥青混合料在施工与使用过程中必然受到老化影响,导致其使用性能衰变。通过短期热老化和长期热老化后的沥青混合料低温弯曲蠕变和弯曲试验,分析了老化过程、沥青种类、沥青用量、矿料级配等对寒冷地区沥青混合料低温弯曲特性的影响。试验得出,短期老化对沥青混合料低温弯曲特性的影响明显,沥青种类、沥青用量和矿料级配的影响程度与新拌混合料有所不同。结果表明,寒冷地区沥青混合料设计中应考虑老化对混合料低温弯曲特性的影响,可以用短期老化后的0℃弯曲蠕变试验评价混合料老化后的低温抗裂性能。
Asphalt mixture in the construction and use of the process will inevitably be affected by aging, leading to deterioration of its performance. The effects of aging process, bitumen type, asphalt content and mineral gradation on the low temperature bending properties of asphalt mixture in cold area were analyzed by low temperature bending creep and bending tests after short-term heat aging and long-term heat aging. The results show that short-term aging has obvious effect on the low-temperature bending characteristics of asphalt mixture. The influence degree of asphalt type, asphalt dosage and mineral gradation is different from that of fresh mixture. The results show that the effect of aging on the low temperature bending properties of the mixture should be considered in the design of asphalt mixture in cold area. The 0 ℃ bending creep test after short-term aging can be used to evaluate the low temperature cracking resistance after aging.
