我们在党和北京市建筑材料工业局的正确領导下,认真貫彻执行了“生产必須安全、安全为了生产”的方針,消灭了重大伤亡事故,一般事故的頻率也逐年降低,做到了安全生产,有力地保証了生产的持續跃进。我們在不断改进安全工作中,采取了“五抓、一总、两坚持”的工作方法: 五抓:就是抓安全組織、抓規章制度和安全檢查、抓薄弱环节、抓季节特点、抓安全教育。(一)抓安全組織。我厂在党委領导下,設立了全厂的安全委員会,車間有安全小組,生产小組有不脫产的安全員。全厂安全委員会由党委书記或厂长任主任,生产付厂长或工会主席为付主任,团委书記和行政有关职能
