In order to adapt to the establishment of a modern enterprise system, standardize the bankruptcy of enterprises and prevent the loss of funds for the capital construction of the central government, we formulated the “Provisions on Liquidating Debts of Capital Funds within the Central Government’s Capital Construction Budget” for Trial State-owned Bankruptcy.
