以甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸等制备出的含氟无规两亲聚合物(ASRF)为稳定剂,研究了甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯等单体进行无皂乳液聚合时的聚合反应动力学,并用TEM研究了含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物无皂乳液乳胶粒形态。结果表明:聚合速率随ASRF浓度、引发剂浓度的增加而增加;该体系的表观活化能为48.23kJ/ mol。乳胶粒呈球形,分布较窄,粒径约为45nm。
With fluorine-containing random amphiphilic polymer (ASRF) prepared by hexafluorobutyl methacrylate, styrene and acrylic acid as stabilizers, the effects of hexafluorobutyl methacrylate, styrene and butyl acrylate The polymerization kinetics of soap-free emulsion polymerization was studied. The morphology of soap-free emulsion latex of fluorine-containing acrylate copolymer was also studied by TEM. The results showed that the polymerization rate increased with the increase of ASRF concentration and initiator concentration. The apparent activation energy of this system was 48.23 kJ / mol. Latex particles were spherical, narrow distribution, particle size of about 45nm.
