目的 :探讨鼻内镜下切除鼻咽血管纤维瘤的临床效果。方法 :对 7例鼻咽血管纤维瘤患者采用鼻窦切割吸引器逐渐吸切去除血管瘤组织 ,并将根部的骨膜给予去除。结果 :7例患者手术均一次性成功 ,未见肿瘤组织残留。术后随诊 3～ 18个月未见肿瘤复发 ,未出现严重并发症。结论 :鼻内镜下用鼻切割吸引器切除鼻咽血管纤维瘤是治疗鼻咽血管纤维瘤较好的术式 ,值得推广应用 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of endoscopic nasopharyngeal angiofibroma resection. Methods: Seven patients with nasopharyngeal angiofibroma were removed by suctioning the hemangiomas with sinusotomy aspirator, and the periosteum of the root was removed. Results: All the 7 patients were operated successfully in one time. No tumor tissue remained. No follow-up of 3 to 18 months after tumor recurrence, no serious complications. Conclusions: Endoscopic nasal cutting aspiration of nasopharyngeal angiofibroma is a better surgical treatment of nasopharyngeal angiofibroma, it is worth to promote the application
