1999年江苏省纺织工作会议于2月9日至10日在南京召开。江苏省副省长陈必亭和省计经委主任钱志新到会作了重要讲话,省纺织总会的领导分别传达了全国纺织工作会议精神,布置了今年我省纺织突破口任务等工作。无锡、南京、苏州、常州等地的纺工局和有关企业交流了在产业结构调整、企业扭亏增盈、下岗人员再就业等方面的工作经验,探讨了下一步的工作目标。本期我们刊发了会议上的部分典型材料,以供各地纺织系统参考、借鉴。
In 1999, the Jiangsu Provincial Textile Work Conference was held in Nanjing from February 9 to 10. Chen Biting, deputy governor of Jiangsu Province, and Qian Zhixin, director of the Provincial Economic Planning Commission, made important speeches. The leaders of the Provincial Textile Federation respectively conveyed the spirit of the national textile work conference and laid out the tasks for the textile breakthrough of our province this year. The Textile Industry Bureau of Wuxi, Nanjing, Suzhou, and Changzhou exchanged their working experience in adjusting industrial structure, turning losses into profits, and re-employment of laid-off workers, and discussed the next working goals. In this issue, we published some of the typical materials at the conference for the reference and reference of textile systems.
