背景:对于BRCA1与BRCA2基因突变的女性,现有的资料显示预防性的外科手术或化学药物预防比单纯检测有更高的生存率。目的:评价对于单一的BRCA1或BRCA2基因突变、有较高的肿瘤外显率的未发病女性预防性措施的成本-效果。设计:采用Markov模型和Monte Carlo模拟及概率敏感性分析。
BACKGROUND: In women with BRCA1 and BRCA2 mutations, available data suggest that prophylactic surgery or chemoprophylaxis has a higher survival rate than simple tests. PURPOSE: To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of preventive measures for unopposed women who have a high tumor penetrance for a single BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutation. Design: Markov model and Monte Carlo simulation and probabilistic sensitivity analysis.
