目的研究绿玉树Euphorbia tirucalli的化学成分。方法利用反复硅胶和凝胶LH-20柱色谱进行分离和纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构。结果从绿玉树中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为香树脂醇乙酸酯(1)、羽扇烯酮(2)、3-乙酰基-20-羽扇烷醇(3)、环阿尔廷-25-烯-3β,24ζ-二醇(4)、环阿尔廷-25-烯-3β-醇-24-酮(5)、环阿尔廷-23(E)-烯-3β,25-二醇(6)、大戟烷-25-烯-3α-醇(7)、槲皮素(8)、山柰酚(9)、胡萝卜苷(10)、谷甾醇(11)。结论化合物1~9为首次从绿玉树中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Euphorbia tirucalli. The method was separated and purified by repeated silica gel and gel LH-20 column chromatography. The structure of the compound was identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data analysis. Results Eleven compounds were isolated from the green eucalyptus trees and identified as the acaryrin acetate (1), lupine (2), 3-acetyl-20-lupanitol Cycloaltenin-25-ene-3β-ol-24-one (5), cycloarten-23 (E) -ene-3β, 25-diol 6), cenilin-25-ene-3a-ol (7), quercetin (8), kaempferol (9), daucosterol (10) and sitosterol (11). Conclusion Compounds 1 to 9 were isolated from green eucalyptus for the first time.
