学习倦怠是指学生因长期课业压力、课业负荷或其他个人心理层面上的因素而产生的情绪耗竭、缺乏人性化及个人成就感低落的现象[1]。学习倦怠不仅会干扰学生的学习活动[2],导致学业成绩下降[3],还将影响学生的心理健康发展[4]。本研究针对这一现状,在认真总结和吸收前人对学习倦怠综合干预效果
Learning burnout refers to students’ emotional exhaustion, lack of humanization and low personal accomplishment due to long-term academic stress, schoolwork load or other personal psychological factors [1]. Learning burnout will not only interfere with students ’learning activities [2], resulting in decreased academic performance [3], but also affect the students’ mental health development [4].
