ZY3600/11/25型液压支架的连杆与底座连接处销轴在投产短时间的作业中发生断裂。采用挤压的理论分析、宏观观察、化学成分分析、非金属夹杂物检测、力学性能检验、硬度检测、金相组织分析、销轴径向应力对比分析等手段对销轴的断裂原因进行了综合分析。结果表明:失效销轴属于剪切断裂,表面淬火不合格是导致销轴断裂的主要原因。该分析结果为失效销轴的改进提供了可靠的依据。
ZY3600 / 11/25-type hydraulic support rod connecting rod and the base pin in the production of short-time operation in the fracture. The reason of the fracture of the pin shaft is summarized by means of theoretical analysis of extrusion, macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, non-metallic inclusions detection, mechanical property test, hardness test, metallographic structure analysis and comparative analysis of pin radial stress analysis. The results show that the failure pin belongs to the shear fracture, and the unqualified surface quenching is the main reason for the pin fracture. The analysis results provide a reliable basis for the improvement of the failed pin.
