建国三十五年来,我国地震科学蓬勃发展。旧中国给我们留下的主要是原地质调查所的“人员三名,台一个”。在如此薄弱的基础上,由于党和政府对科学技术的重视,以及地震工作者的奋发图强,现在终于使我国的地震科学跃居世界先进行列。所以能够如此迅速发展,有那些基本经验呢?本文提出这个问题,希望大家共同讨论,总结提高,为我国地震科学的高速度发展,为开创具有中国特色的地震工作新局面,指明前进的方向。这里仅从科研方针和管理角度,提出几点看法。
Thirty-five years since the founding of our country, the earthquake science has been booming. Old China left us the main geological survey of the original “three staff, Taiwan one.” On such a weak basis, due to the emphasis placed on science and technology by the party and the government and the vigorous efforts of earthquake workers, the earthquake science in our country finally ranks among the advanced countries in the world. Therefore, we can develop so rapidly and do we have any basic experiences? This article raises this issue, and we hope that all will discuss and improve together so as to provide high-speed development of China’s earthquake science and create a new situation in seismic work with Chinese characteristics. Here only from the perspective of scientific research and management point of view, made a few comments.
