集成组合式过程控制对象实验装置相当于一个水力模拟机,在技术上有些进步且扩大了模拟功能。集成组合式过程控制实验装置的出现将传统的分立式结构改为集成式结构,能快速高效解决实际生产中的问题。叙述了集成组合式过程控制对象实验装置的设计依据与水力模拟被控对象的基本原理、以及流程工业被控对象的特点和类型,以及基本组成环节;控制对象以液位、压力、流量、温度等为主控变量的过程控制实验系统,实现过程控制中以单回路、串级、等典型控制方式的控制。并介绍了分布参数集总化方法,实现多变量耦合过程多种动态特性模拟。
