传统形态学分类一直是医学昆虫分类的主要方法 ,但它易受主观因素和环境因素的影响。目前分子生物学的发展为医学昆虫分类提供了新的思路和方法 ,能弥补传统分类方法的不足 ,可进行更为精确的分类。随机引物扩增多态性 DNA(RAPD)技术是 2 0世纪 90年代发展起来的一种以 PCR为基础的 DNA分析方法。本文介绍了该技术的原理、特点 ,并综述了其在医学昆虫分类中的研究和应用。
Traditional morphological classification has been the main method of medical insects classification, but it is susceptible to subjective factors and environmental factors. At present, the development of molecular biology provides new ideas and methods for the classification of medical insects, can make up for the lack of traditional classification methods, and can carry out more accurate classification. Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technology was developed in the 1990s as a PCR-based DNA analysis method. This article describes the principle of the technology, features, and reviewed its classification and application in medical insects.
