为增强芒果等级判断方法的智能性,处理好智能识别中光线与芒果表面之间的光学干扰现象,提出基于激光智能视觉的芒果等级判断方法。首先利用激光智能视觉摄像机拍摄芒果图像,将图像经摄像机坐标系转换到绝对坐标系中进行显示,然后采用一种兼容性标定方法进行摄像机标定,实现激光智能视觉参数优化,通过对芒果图像进行三维重建来提高图像清晰度,利用色彩转换公式提取三维重建图像灰度值,最后根据灰度标准进行芒果等级判断。实验结果表明,该方法在不同光线下均可获取很高的有效识别率。
In order to enhance the intelligence of mango grading method and deal with the optical interference between light and mango surface in intelligent recognition, a mango grade judgment method based on laser intelligent vision is proposed. Firstly, the mango image was captured by a laser intelligent visual camera, the image was converted to the absolute coordinate system by the camera coordinate system for display, and then a compatibility calibration method was used to calibrate the camera to optimize the laser intelligent visual parameters. Reconstruction to improve the image clarity, the use of color conversion formula to extract three-dimensional reconstruction of image gray value, and finally according to the grayscale mango grade judge. Experimental results show that this method can obtain high effective recognition rate under different light conditions.
