世上无人不希望自己健康,可是,怎样才算健康呢?世界卫生组织下的定义是:所谓健康,不仅仅是不生病,而且是指以积极的态度去认真对待任何事情的精神、肉体和社会适应状态。那么怎样才能保持健康呢?除了在饮食、卫生、睡眠三方面要注意外,还必须运动。谈到运动,自然是与体育锻炼密不可分的,俗语说得好“生命在于运动”,这说明了运动对生命的存在具有重要意义。“一身动一身强”,虽为古人讲的一句话,但它揭示了体育锻炼能强身健体的深刻道理。我们只有充分认识到体育锻炼对增强体质有巨大作用,才能自觉地、科学地锻炼身体,从而提高健康水平。我们青年是社会建设的生力军,所以体育锻炼对于我们尤为重要。下面着重讲讲体育锻炼对运动系统机能影响。 运动系统主要由骨骼、关节、肌肉三部分组成,是人们从事劳动和运动的器官。
