对于一本书的关注,有时缘于别人不经意的一句评论。记得两年前一个学经济的同事强烈推荐我阅读《大案隐喻:中国2011年最受关注刑事案件评点》时,用了“震惊”这个词描述她的读后感。她的反应促使我重读此书,体会出不同的专业背景从案例中读出的是一个当下“不同”的中国。及至拿到《大案聚焦》时,我迫不及待地翻开目录,看到了当下中国最具典型性的几类刑事案件的全景式记录,如湖南衡阳破坏选举案、“3·1”昆明火车站暴力恐怖案、山东招远“全能神”案、念斌“投放
Concerns about a book are sometimes due to a comment by others inadvertently. I remember two years ago, a colleague who studied economics strongly recommended that I use the word ”shocked“ to describe her sense of readiness when reading ”The Case Metaphors: China’s Top Critics of Criminal Cases in 2011“.
