为适应水土保持和治黄工作的需要,黄河水利学校增设了水土保持专业,已于今年九月二十日正式开课。该专业的任务是培养德、智、体全面发展的水土保持中等专业技术人村。培养的学员除具有共产主义的道德品质、政治素养和健全的体魄外,还培养学员具有本专业的基础理论和技术知识,要求学员对水土保持新技术有一定的了解,毕业后能从事水土保持的综合规划(侧重于工程措施)、设计和施工,达到“一专多能”。
