本文介绍制冷在混凝土坝温度控制中应用的作用机理和工程实例.简述了大体积混凝土温度裂缝发生的原因及防止措施,并着重讲述混凝土予冷方法和我国近几年大坝混凝土的予冷措施和直接冷却流态混凝土工艺试验.对目前规范中以极限拉伸作为抗裂性指标和以控制基础温差进行混凝土坝的温控设计,作者亦提出了自己的见解.
This paper introduces the mechanism and engineering examples of the application of refrigeration in the temperature control of concrete dams. The causes and prevention measures of temperature cracks in mass concrete are briefly described. The pre-cooling method of concrete and pre-cooling measures for dam concrete in China in recent years are emphasized. Direct cooling of the fluidized concrete process test. The authors also presented their own opinions on the temperature control design of concrete dams using the ultimate tensile as the index of crack resistance and the control of the base temperature difference in the current specification.
