玉米杂交种子纯度是影响大田玉米高产稳产的重要因素,也是种子检验中的主要内容之一。在种子收贮、调运、销售中,普遍存在种子纯度检验慢、种植检验时间长、田检成本高等问题,不能及时鉴别种子的等级、伪劣。为此,我们依据杂交优势原理和遗传学理论,在室内根据籽粒形态、发芽性状上的差异检验一代玉米杂交种纯度,是最简易、快速、准确的有效方法,经过多年的田间种植验证,准确率高达98%以上。
