目的:分析中药野艾可能的抑制幽门螺杆菌(H pylori)组分.方法:采用琼脂稀释法测定野艾的各种提取物的最小抑菌浓度.结果:四种野艾提取物最低抑菌浓度分别为: 正己烷提取物为10.24 g/L、乙酸乙酯提取物为2.56 g/L、正丁醇提取物为5.12 g/L,野艾乙醇提取物的MIC>10.24 g/L.结论:野艾的乙酸乙酯提取物具有较强的抑制H pylori生长的作用.为进一步开发野艾的药用价值提供了资料.
4. Objective : To analyze the possible inhibition of Helicobacter pylori (H pylori) components in Chinese herbal medicine. 2. Methods: Agar dilution method was used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration of various extracts of wild A. Results: The minimum inhibitory concentrations of four wild extracts were: n-hexane extract was 10.24 g/L, ethyl acetate extract was 2.56 g/L, n-butanol extract was 5.12 g /L, MIC of wild ethanol extract>10.24 g/L. Conclusion: Ethyl acetate extract of wild A. morifolium has a strong inhibitory effect on the growth of H pylori. Provides information for the further development of medicinal value of wild Aya.
