陈某10年前来到济南一家物流公司打工,由于在老家还有耕地,每年农忙时都要请事假回老家干活。陈某看到公司里很多人都有带薪年休假,也多次要求享受此待遇,但均被拒绝,理由是陈某为农民工,不能享受这种假期。陈某今年再次被拒绝后提出辞职,接着向当地劳动人事争议仲裁委员会提出申诉,要求该物流公司按照其日工资收入的300%支付今年未休年休假工资报酬,共计2300元。
