本文依托G3京台高速公路方兴大道至马堰段改扩建工程,对厂拌热再生沥青稳定碎石柔性基层的配合比设计及性能试验展开研究。对回收沥青路面材料(RAP)进行了性能检测,通过再生沥青性能和矿料合成级配确定了RAP掺配比例,并进行配比设计及性能试验,试验结果表明:RPA性能良好,加入新料与新沥青后,制备出的厂拌热再生沥青稳定碎石性能稳定,具有一定的抗水损害能力,可用作改扩建工程上基层,劈裂强度及回弹模量试验结果可作为路面结构设计参数。
