采用免疫组织化学技术结合数字图像分析,对功能矫治器前伸大鼠下颌后,髁突软骨中胰岛素样生长因子I(IGF-Ⅰ)表达变化的规律进行研究,以探讨功能矫形治疗的分子机制。结果显示:髁突软骨中滑膜层、纤维层和生发层细胞中IGF-Ⅰ阳性最强,在过渡层中较强,成熟层和移行层中较弱,在骨小梁中的成骨细胞也有阳性信号;实验组各层细胞阳性强度高于对照组,并且与功能矫形引起的组织学改变和细胞功能变化一致。表明IGF-Ⅰ在髁突软骨的增生和下颌功能前伸引起的适应性生长改建中可能有重要作用
Immunohistochemistry and digital image analysis were used to study the regulation of insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I) expression in condylar cartilage after functional appliance protraction in rat mandible to investigate the molecular mechanism of functional orthopedic therapy . The results showed that in synovial, fibrous and germinal layers of condylar cartilage, IGF-I was the most positive, stronger in the transitional layer, weaker in the mature layer and transitional layer, osteoblasts in trabecular bone There was also a positive signal. The positive intensity of cells in experimental group was higher than that in control group, and it was consistent with histological changes and cell function changes caused by functional orthopedics. Suggesting that IGF-I may play an important role in condylar cartilage proliferation and adaptive growth remodeling induced by mandibular functional extension
