研究了新显色剂2-(3,5-二氯-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯胺与Fe(Ⅱ)的反应条件。在pH3.5~4.8范围内,试剂与Fe(Ⅱ)形成稳定的2:1配合物,其最大吸收波长为570nm,摩尔吸光系数8.43×10~4。0~12.5μgFe/25ml符合比尔定律。本法是目前光度法测定Fe(Ⅱ)的灵敏显色反应之一,并具有良好的选择性。用于铝及铝合金中微量铁的测定,结果满意。
The reaction conditions of the new chromogenic reagent 2- (3,5-dichloro-2-pyridylazo) -5-dimethylaminoaniline with Fe (Ⅱ) were studied. In the range of pH 3.5 ~ 4.8, the reagent formed a stable 2: 1 complex with Fe (Ⅱ) and the maximum absorption wavelength was 570 nm. The molar absorptivity of 8.43 × 10 ~ 4.0 ~ 12.5μgFe / 25ml was in accordance with Beer’s law. This method is one of the sensitive chromogenic reaction for the determination of Fe (Ⅱ) by spectrophotometry and has good selectivity. For the determination of trace amounts of iron in aluminum and aluminum alloy, the results are satisfactory.
