氨合成铁催化剂主要成分是Fe_3O_4,助剂总量约3~6%。已经证明,铝主要存在于Fe_3O_4晶粒中,少量在边界上;钙主要存在于Fe_3O_4晶粒的边介上,少量在晶粒中;钾主要存在于Fe_3O_4晶粒的边介上。本工作得到了与上述结果不相一致的信息。一、实验部分:样品为A110—5Q型,主要成分Fe_3O_4,铁比值(Fe~(++)/Fe~(+++))为0.55—0.75, 助剂总量大约4%。二、实验结果:照片(1)为样品电流像,图中三角形物体为Fe_3O_4晶体的一个解理平面。照片(2)(3)分别是Al、Ca元素的X射线面扫描像,可以看出Al~(+++)集中在Fe_3O_4晶体中,并且较无定型分布均匀:Ca~(++)未进入Fe_3O_4晶体中、全部分布在晶介上。
Ammonia synthetic iron catalyst is the main component of Fe_3O_4, a total of about 3 ~ 6% additives.
