刘易斯等创立的二元经济理论一直被推崇为是指导发展中国家实现工业化的经典模式,但这一理论在我国新的发展阶段却遇到了“民工荒”现实的严峻挑战。本文从刘易斯二元经济理论出发,在对农民工进城打工成本收益进行分析的基础上,用博弈论分析方法对我国由“民工潮”到“民工荒”的原因进行分析,最后从增加农民工收入和减少其成本方面探讨解决目前“民工荒”的政策建议。
The dual economic theory founded by Lewis et al. Has been praised as a classic model to guide developing countries in industrialization. However, this theory has encountered the severe challenge of “shortage of migrant workers” in the new stage of development of our country. Based on the analysis of Lewis 'dual economic theory, based on the analysis of migrant workers' cost of doing business in cities, this paper analyzes the reasons of “migrant workers tide” to “migrant workers shortage” in our country by game theory. Finally, Work income and reduce their costs to explore the current “labor shortage” policy recommendations.
