本研究在200安培四氯化钛熔盐电解槽中,以Ag/AgCl为参考电极,测定了中心篮筐阴极区熔体中Mo指示电极上的两价和三价钛离子的氧化还原电位,从而计算出熔体中钛离子的平均价。其结果与取样化学分析基本相符。该法不仅可以在电解过程中进行连续测定、简便而及时了解篮筐内部的价比关系,而且依电解过程中平均价的变化规律,结合反电势的测定,可以作为控制加料速度和判断过程终点的依据之一,为控制实际电解过程提供了可行的方法。
In this study, the redox potential of the bivalent and trivalent titanium ions on the Mo indicator electrode in the cathode basket of the central basket was measured using Ag / AgCl as reference electrode in a 200 Amp titanium tetrachloride molten salt electrolysis cell. Calculate the average price of titanium ions in the melt. The results are basically in line with the chemical analysis of the sample.
