我们将69例脑血栓形成急性期病人随机分两组治疗,其中用蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗34例(治疗组),用丹参红花注射液治疗35例(对照组)。两组均按1986年全国脑血管病学术会议修订的标准确诊,其年龄、病程及临床特点相似。1.治疗方法:治疗组用蝮蛇抗栓酶(济南齐鲁制药厂生产)0.5～0.75u/d,加入生理盐水300ml中静滴;对照组用丹参红花注射液(本院生产)250ml/d静滴。两组
Sixty-nine patients with acute cerebral thrombosis were randomly divided into two groups, of which 34 were treated with viper antithrombin (treatment group) and 35 were treated with Danshen Honghua injection (control group).
