最近,我们在检查基层法院卷宗和档案时,发现某些法院的法律文书打印比较混乱。如在某法院里,有的文书在法院文印室打印,有的在外面的文印店打印,有的文书是个别法官在家用电脑打印。其结果是:文书的纸张、纸型、字体、字号、排版不一致,甚至式样也不标准和统一。如此打印混乱,造成一个法院的文书不规范,不仅影响了卷宗档案的达标升级,也造成当事人和群众传阅文书后议论和猜测。同时,个别法律文书还由于在外打印被泄密,影响到案件的正常审理,在一定程度上也影响了人民法院的形象。 Recently, when examining the files and files of grass-roots courts, we found that the legal instruments printed in certain courts were rather confusing.
