通过油酸钠湿法表面处理纳米氢氧化镁(MH)共混改性阻燃HDPE。研究油酸钠表面改性机理及其用量对体系阻燃性、力学性能及流变性能的影响。得出结论:油酸钠可在MH表面形成包覆层,且改性后MH仍保持了纳米级粒径。油酸钠湿法改性MH可提高体系的阻燃性能和力学性能。在HDPE∶MH=100∶60时使用5%MH的油酸钠,体系拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和冲击强度分别提高约12%、10.5%和8%,而氧指数提高12.5%达到29.9%,垂直燃烧等级达FV-1级。MH加入将导致体系加工性恶化,表观黏度剧烈降低,油酸钠表面改性可一定程度改善流变性。
Surface modification of nano-magnesium hydroxide (MH) by sodium oleate blends modified flame retardant HDPE. The effects of surface modification mechanism and amount of sodium oleate on the flame retardancy, mechanical properties and rheological properties of the system were studied. It is concluded that sodium oleate can form a coating on the surface of MH, and the modified MH retains the nano-scale particle size. Sodium oleate wet modified MH can improve the flame retardant properties and mechanical properties of the system. Using 5% MH sodium oleate at HDPE: MH = 100: 60, the tensile strength, elongation at break and impact strength increased by about 12%, 10.5% and 8% respectively, while the oxygen index increased by 12.5% to 29.9 %, Vertical combustion rating of FV-1 level. MH addition will lead to the deterioration of the processability of the system, the apparent viscosity decreased sharply, sodium oleate surface modification can improve the rheological properties to some extent.
