本文通过实证研究探讨了组织信任对知识共享行为的关系,结果显示人际信任中的上司的胜任力对知识共享行为有显著的正向预测作用;系统信任中的组织整体信任对知识共享行为具有显著的预测力,而系统信任中的对管理层的信任则不能显著预测知识共享行为。
This paper discusses the relationship between organizational trust and knowledge-sharing behavior through empirical research. The results show that the competence of supervisors in interpersonal trust has a significant positive predictive effect on knowledge-sharing behavior.
