干部素质和能力的高低,直接决定着铁路实施多元化经营的质量和效果。那么,如何培养一支管理能力与现场履行安全职责相匹配、专业技术与高铁时代相适应的高素质干部队伍,这是急需破解的课题。当前我段的干部教育培训工作基本能够适应形势发展的需求,但对照新形势新任务对干部队伍提出的新要求,对照大规模干部教育培训工作的高标准,还存在一定的差距。对此,笔者立足本职工作,对沈阳客运段干部培训工作进行了调研与思考。

However, there are still some disparities in comparison with the new requirements put forward by the new situation and new tasks on the cadre ranks and in comparison with the high standards of large-scale cadre education and training work. In this regard, the author based on their own work, Shenyang passenger segment cadre training conducted a survey and reflection.
