黄陵煤矸石热电有限公司1#、2#、3#锅炉CG-75/3.82-MX22型循环流化床锅炉,分别于2003年8月和2004年4月相继投产运行。二期4#、5#两台DGJ240/9.8-Ⅱ2循环流化床锅炉于2007年10月和11月相继投运,由于我公司的5台循环流化床锅炉自投运以来曾多次出现问题,影响了机组的安全经济运行。在这期间我们专门成立了循环流化床机组运行技术攻关小组,对设备存在的问题进行认真分析和归纳,总结运行经验教训,从设备技术改造、燃烧运行控制(飞灰含碳量、煤耗、风机电耗)、燃料控制等多个方面进行综合治理,取得较好效果。#4炉2010年连续安全运行148天。本文从以上几个方面进行分析,并依据我公司4#、5#锅炉现状,总结一些提高其经济性的运行调整经验,以便在实际运行中加以实施,充分发挥循环流化床锅炉的优势。
Huangling Coal Gangue Thermal Power Co., Ltd. 1 #, 2 #, 3 # boiler CG-75 / 3.82-MX22 circulating fluidized bed boiler, respectively, in August 2003 and April 2004 have been put into operation. Two # 4 and # 5 DGJ240 / 9.8-Ⅱ2 circulating fluidized bed boilers were put into operation in October and November 2007 respectively. Since our 5 circulating fluidized bed boilers have appeared many times since they were put into operation Problems, affecting the safe and economic operation of the unit. During this period, we set up a special circulating fluidized bed unit technical team to carry out a serious analysis of the equipment problems and summarized the lessons learned from the operation of equipment, technological transformation, combustion control (carbon content of fly ash, coal consumption, Fan power consumption), fuel control and other aspects of comprehensive management, achieved good results. # 4 furnace 2010 continuous safe operation 148 days. Based on the current situation of our company’s 4 # and 5 # boilers, this paper summarizes some experiences on how to improve their economy in order to implement them in actual operation and give full play to the advantages of circulating fluidized bed boilers.
